Mangiare bene e in pieno centro a Palermo? Cibus!

Una delle cose più difficili quando vado in una nuova città, almeno per me, è trovare un posto in centro in cui mangiare un boccone, senza spendere un patrimonio ne essere avvelenato.

A Palermo c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta.

Tra Gastronomie, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar e affini il centro (commerciale e storico) offre davvero di tutto.

Comincio, quindi, questa sezione “Consigli per il pranzo/cena” con uno dei luoghi da me più amati e frequentati; Cibus.

Cibus è una via di mezzo tra un classico minimarket, un delicatessen, una gastronomia, una pizzeria un ristorante con piatti della tradizione tipica siciliana e una cantina.

Accanto agli articoli da supermercato più comuni, infatti, potete trovare prelibatezze d’importazione come di provenienza regionale, difficilmente rintracciabili altrove.

La particolarità di Cibus è che i piatti vengono preparati con gli stessi ingredienti che potete acquistare in negozio garantendo, quindi, massima qualità e gusto.

Altra peculiarità consiste nel fatto che il locale è un unico ambiente e che quindi potete usufruire del minimarket anche a tarda sera; cosa molto utile per sbadati e turisti che alloggiano in pieno centro.

Cibus è aperto sia a pranzo che a cena, quindi non avete davvero scuse ;o)

Eat well and in the centre of Palermo? Cibus!

One of the hardest thing when I go in a new city, at least for me, is to find a place downtown to eat a bite, without spending a wealth or be poisoned.

In Palermo is spoilt for choice.
Among delicatessens, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and similar the commercial and historical centre has really everything.

I begin, then, this section "Recommendations for lunch/dinner” with one of the places I most loved; Cibus.

Cibus is a cross between a classic mini-market, a delicatessen, a gastronomy, a pizzeria, a typical sicilian restaurant and a winery.
In addition to the most common articles from supermarket, you can find delicacies such as imported products and typical regional products, difficult to find elsewhere.
The peculiarity of Cibus is that the dishes are prepared with the same ingredients that you can buy in the store, guaranteeing therefore the highest quality and taste.

Another characteristic is that the local environment is a unique and therefore you can go to the mini-market late in the evening; very useful for tourists who stay in the city center.

Cibus is open for lunch and dinner, and then you did not really excuses ;o)
